1. Contents and changes of Internet presence

Consist Software Solutions GmbH assumes no responsibility for the currency, correctness of content, or completeness of the information provided on its Internet pages. Consist Software Solutions GmbH assumes no responsibility for damages, whether material or ideal, suffered by the user as a result of use of the Internet offering of Consist Software Solutions GmbH. Collection and use of personal information from users

Each access by a user to a page on the www.consist.de site and each retrieval of a file causes data to be stored automatically in a log file. This file includes the following data:

  • The Internet protocol address (IP address) that connects the user's computer to the Internet

The Google Analytics code on this website is supplemented by “anonymizeIp” to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so called IP-masking). The data stored can be evaluated by the operator of the website for statistical purposes or to prevent abuse. It will not be disclosed to third parties. Client-related user profiles are not stored. Data protection declaration for the use of Facebook plugins (the ‘Like’ button) on our Facebook fan pages.

Plugins from the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) are integrated into our Facebook fan pages. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here:  http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ .
When you visit our Facebook fan pages, the plugin will establish a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Through this connection Facebook receives the information that your IP address has visited our site.
