The Attunity Connect product family is a package which can be used to address a wide variety of data sources and applications in a unified way.
Overview
Relational and non-relational databases, transaction systems, and legacy applications are connected together with Attunity Connect regardless of platform. Data queries from an application are performed with unified standards, no matter whether the data come from hierarchical or relational data sources.
Attunity Connect is thus well-suited for any spaghetti scenario: Heterogeneous IT systems with different platforms, applications, and data storage systems communicate over point-to-point interfaces with one another. When new technologies and applications are added, or if old one are to be gradually replaced, the integration and maintenance overhead is often immense.
Attunity Connect can be used to organize these grown structures with respect to interfaces. In place of the point-to-point connections, a centralized data bus is created. Appropriate adapters connect it with the applications and data storage systems.
