What is Agile Software Production?

The term Agile Software Production covers the implementation of your plan to create a custom-made application up to the provision of a finished, production-ready software solution. We provide all the services needed for the development of your custom-made application. You provide an idea or a requirements document, only participating in the definition of requirements and in acceptances.
In our own internal software production line, we develop a high-quality custom-made application in incremental steps.

Our procedure: incremental and agile

During implementation, we proceed incrementally and agilely wherever possible. This means that the plan always remains under your control. It can be refined from initial rough notions, step by step. Short development cycles provide you with usable (perhaps partial) results early on in the process.

Our collaboration

Whether you already have a well-defined work packet or simply a more or less concrete idea in mind, our requirements management team uses your specifications as the starting point for a complete, testable bundle of requirements. Once you have approved that, the first development cycle starts. After completion of that cycle shortly, there is an initial partial result we present to you for acceptance.

Now, you have the option of making changes or extending the requirements and the budget. Based on that, the second development cycle starts in the same way, and so on. At the end of the last development cycle, your finished custom-made solution is ready to go: as a custom-built, extensively tested, and high-quality application for your production or as finished partial result for one of your projects.

We can also support you upon request with the integration of the solution into your target environment, or with the integration of the work packet result into your overall project.
