Overview
Projects can turn out to be more difficult than initially assumed.
When one of your projects gets into a corner, one of our specialists would be happy to get it back onto the right track. The sooner you involve us, the more cost-effective it can be for your entire project.
Necessity
85% of all project goals are delayed or not attained at all. The result is undesirable burden on the budget. Only 15% of all goals are attained in the time allotted.
The involvement of additional internal staff and the increasing of the budget are often the first steps taken for critically trending projects. But often, additional internal resources are only available on a limited basis, and the delivery date is still getting ever closer.
When a project threatens to be endless, added costs grow far more quickly than the time you wait before intervening with corrective measures.
So it's a good idea to rely on external support from Consist as early as possible.
The Consist effect
The sooner you get Consist on board, the more time and financial burden you save – as shown in this graph.

The Consist effect
The green time/cost trend shows the anticipated duration of the project, the planned budget, and the fixed scheduling milestones. If the project falls behind, the time/cost trend moves upwards (red) and the milestones also move back on the time axis. If the actual time/cost behavior far exceeds the planned curve, as shown here, and the deadline for a milestone is delayed, we can assume that both the added financial costs and the time delay will continue to accumulate (anticipated time/cost trend).
The abrupt increase in the time/cost curve represents the costs of Consist's special intervention. But afterwards, the curve flattens out leading to a project end on both the time and financial axes which comes much closer to the one you planned on both axes. The project end which becomes attainable with our support moves along a time/cost curve (between the planned one and the projected end of the project), and, like the milestones, it moves closer in proportion to your reaction speed.
