The ship information system, SIS, provides current data of ships like name, position, size, and journey data within the Kiel fjord area. The ships are illustrated as little circles with an integrated arrow, showing the ship route ahead.
The maps and satellite pictures are provided by Google Maps. They are not current however. Ships, which might have been recorded at the time the satellite pictures were taken, are no longer at that position.

•  Green arrow: ship at speed

•  Name highlighted in blue: passenger ship (ferry or cruise liner)
•  Camera at the right: There is a picture of this ship available
