Successful Fiscal Year 2025
Consist Achieves New Record Revenue
In 2025, the IT company Consist Software Solutions increased its revenue to a record level. For 2026, Consist continues to expect positive business development.
Kiel – The IT service provider Consist Software Solutions, headquartered in Kiel with an additional office in Frankfurt am Main, generated revenue of EUR 35.4 million in 2025 (previous year: EUR 30.5 million). This represents revenue growth of 16%. The increase is primarily attributable to the expansion of the managed SOC offering (SOC = Security Operations Center) and once again higher license revenues in the IT security business segment.
Consist is an established IT company with a broad portfolio of services in digital transformation, IT security, and managed services. For more than 40 years, the IT service provider has been supporting companies on their path toward a digital future. Consist offers comprehensive consulting and implementation services as well as complementary software products.
Strong Demand for Key Topics
In 2025, Consist saw particularly strong demand for AI consulting: "Many customers ask us what exactly they need AI for in their company and how they can use it effectively. We demystify the term AI for our customers and support them with clearly defined use cases and a predictable cost-benefit ratio," explains Consist Managing Director Jörg Hansen.
In addition, the issue of true data sovereignty has become more of a focus for many companies. For this reason, Consist offers its data and IT security services in a genuinely sovereign German cloud environment (Consist TrustedCloud) and is seeing significant interest in the market. Consist’s experts also recorded strong demand for consulting and support in the broader area of IT governance, risk, and compliance management.
Alongside its traditional development and maintenance expertise for custom business software, Consist’s transformation capabilities were also increasingly in demand in 2025. The IT service provider has long supported its customers’ established, often business-critical applications in both legacy and modern technologies. More and more, Consist is now helping companies transform existing solutions into modern systems.
"We invested in the right topics. With our experience, our innovative strength, and our skilled, dedicated team, we are well positioned for the future, including in a dynamic market environment in 2026," says Jörg Hansen.
