Consist Software Solutions has been awarded the title "Employer of the Future". This shows that the company has set the right course for the future: it is innovative, modern and digital.

Kiel – The IT company Consist Software Solutions has been awarded the title "Employer of the Future": On March 14, 2023, Gesa Krohn, Head of Delivery at Consist, was delighted to accept the trophy at a ceremony in Hamburg's Stilwerk.

About the "Employer of the Future" award

Future orientation and quality as an employer – for this, companies are awarded the "Employer of the Future” title by the Deutsche Innovationsinstitut für Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung (German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization, DIND). The initiative is supported by the former Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Brigitte Zypries. Innovative companies with a clear digitalization strategy that pursue sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions are honored.

The focus is on modern leadership and employee friendliness. For example, flat hierarchies, flexible remuneration models or benefits for employees as well as individual training and development opportunities are all part of a holistic picture. This is drawn up on the basis of an evaluation matrix, which was developed with the help of input from experts from business and science.
