Consist nominated for the HR Excellence Awards
IT service provider Consist Software Solutions is among the companies nominated for the coveted HR Excellence Awards in the category of change management and transformation.
Kiel – Consist Software Solutions, with their internal project "mein.consist", has been nominated for the 2015 HR Excellence Awards in category 15, KMU Change Management and Transformation. The project is thus one of the best submissions in this category.
About the mein.consist project
Over the past few years, Consist has undergone very rapid growth, which was a great challenge for the traditional feeling of close cooperation. With a comprehensive change project and the participation of many employees, measures were therefore worked out in order to secure and reinforce personal identification with the company. Among other things, this was achieved with a more transparent flow of information, networked cooperation between departments, and increased individual appreciation.
About the HR Excellence Awards
The HR Excellence Awards are organized by Human Resources Manager, the journal for current information about the central topic of personnel management. The objective of the award is to honor outstanding, innovative projects and campaigns in the field of HR and bring them to the public.
The awards panel is made up of about 26 leading HR experts from companies, associations, and universities. They first use an online voting procedure to determine a short list consisting of three to five nominees per category.
In the next step, the nominees are given the opportunity to present their project to the panel in person on 2 December 2015 in Berlin. A secret ballot is then held to decide on a winner for each category. The winners are announced during an awards ceremony at an evening gala on 2 December 2015.
