New customer service tool Glassix for the German market


Kiel - "Single Channel", "Multi Channel", "Omni Channel" - what used to be done mostly in bilateral telephone conversations with customers has now multiplied in the form of a multi-dimensional communications octopus with regard to the possibilities for exchanges between customers and service providers. For consumers it is becoming more and more a matter of course to contact manufacturers and service providers at any time via WhatsApp, email, web chat, text messages or social media, for example to ask questions about the product service or to determine the whereabouts of their order ask.

In order to meet these modern requirements, new software as a service is required - offers that bring together the exchange on all digital channels requested by the customer, supplemented by direct interaction and documentation options.

Consist Software Solutions GmbH from Kiel is now offering license and implementation for the Glassix software tool to enable a seamless customer experience. GLASSIX is an omnichannel messaging platform for service, support and sales centers and was able to convince with its simplicity in operation, interaction with customers and implementation. On the basis of a specially developed API, easy integration with CRM systems, service call management systems, ERP systems and artificial intelligence is possible.
